These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of DealGazer’s website, interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
DealGazer aggregates and presents publicly available or licensed deal-related information to help you discover products and promotions. Listings may include titles, images, prices, merchants, and links to third-party storefronts. DealGazer does not sell products directly unless expressly stated in the future; purchases occur on third-party sites subject to their checkout flows, shipping policies, returns, taxes, and warranties.
Deal information may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Prices, availability, coupons, shipping offers, and product details change frequently and may differ by region or account. You should always verify the current price, merchant identity, and terms on the retailer’s website before completing a purchase. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice.
DealGazer may earn commissions, referral fees, or other compensation when you click certain outbound links or complete qualifying purchases on partner sites. Those arrangements do not increase the price you pay on the merchant site. Where required, we disclose participation in affiliate programs clearly on or near applicable links or in merchant-specific notices.

If you submit deals, feedback, or other content (“Submissions”), you grant DealGazer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Submissions in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your Submissions do not infringe third-party rights or violate law.
The DealGazer name, branding, layout, and original content are owned by DealGazer or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Third-party trademarks, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are shown for identification only. Except for the limited right to use the Service as offered, no license is granted to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEALGAZER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY SITES LINKED FROM IT. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE PAID FEATURES OF THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DealGazer and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your Submissions, misuse of the Service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or harms other users, us, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Except where prohibited by law, you agree that exclusive jurisdiction for disputes will reside in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
